What type of Zucchini do we use in our Zucchini Mini Loafs?
I have been gettings my vegetables from Seamus, one of the farmers within the Dublin CSA.
The Dublin CSA is a community-supported agriculture involves establishing a relationship with a farmer for a growing season. It benefits both parties in that buyers get good quality food straight from the source (no middlemen) and the farmer gets a fair price for his or her produce.
Fresh, seasonal vegetables delivered once a week to Dublin city centre. Supporting small scale farming and getting to know a like-minded community.
